The Strata CS communication server brings advanced telephony features to the desktop computer and gives you control of your telephone calls and voice mail directly from your desktop PC through a graphical user interface. By integrating multi-line calls and voice mail with the Local Area Network, you can easily communicate using your PC as well as your telephone, maximizing your ability to access and share information.

The Strata CS system includes:
- A Windows NT® 4.0 server running software for the Strata CS telephony server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Strata CS Administrator
- Analog telephone stations using standard RJ11 connections
- Optional client workstations using Local Area Network (LAN) connectivity for graphical user-based telephone control

- Systems as small as 4 trunks and 8 stations.
- A fully configured Strata CS system accommodates 96 trunks and 264 stations.
- Trunk and station interface is accomplished by installing Intel®/Dialogic® boards in the Strata CS server
- Trunk interfaces support analog loop start trunks, analog Direct Inward Dialing (DID) trunks, T1 digital trunks, E1 digital trunks, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface (PRI) and Basic Rate Interface (BRI)
- Station interfaces support digital telephones, analog telephones, and IP telephones
- The Internet telephony interfaces support Internet Protocol (IP) calls via the integrated gateway function

IP Telephone Compatibility
- Compatible with both IP telephones and traditional telephones (analog & digital)
- Internet/intranet calls can be placed from Strata CS desktop via an IP, analog or digital telephone through the gateway to a remote IP telephone, a PC using NetMeeting or Quicknet, or another Strata CS system
- IP telephone users have the same feature set and functionality as those using analog telephones
- Remote IP telephone users have similar usage of station and client functions as a virtual station

Analyze Efficiency with Call Center Reporter
- The optional Strata CS Call Center Reporter enables you to generate a variety of reports about your company’s telephone activities--from call volumes to trunk usage
- If you operate ACD call center, Call Center Reporter reveals information on agent efficiency, average hold time, abandoned calls, percentage of calls completed, wait times, account codes, workgroups and more
- All reports are run directly from the Strata CS Server and provide latest data
- Easily access Call Center Reporter from the Client screen’s menu bar
