Entel Systems has a variety of service plans to choose from to make sure that we meet each individual customer's needs. We pride ourselves in having the largest Toshiba Certified Sales-Service team in the Tri-State area, and a corporate culture centered on customer satisfaction.

Our ongoing support plans are as follows:

  • Premium Service Plan: This plan includes coverage 24 hours a day, unlimited remedial on-site service calls, no labor charges to repair or replace faulty equipment, no equipment charges to replace faulty parts, free unlimited phone support, and so much more!
  • Standard Service Plan: This plan includes coverage from 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday, unlimited remedial on-site service calls, no labor charges to replace faulty equipment, no equipment charges to replace faulty parts, emergency on-site response within 2 business hours, and more!
  • Time and Materials Plan: This plan includes on-site coverage from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, hot-line and remote maintenance from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, non-emergency response time on a one business day basis, and emergency response within 2 hours.
