Officer's Message

We are off to a strong start in 2015. Our first six months sales numbers are expected to exceed forecast and our service quality survey results are excellent. We are excited about these results, and owe company success to our people.

In this newsletter, we acknowledge service anniversaries celebrated by company employees during the first half of the year. Our year-end newsletter will acknowledge employees celebrating service anniversaries during the last six months.

It is important to recognize our employees since we realize they are our company's most valuable asset and together, they will help the company reach new heights in 2015. In a small business, everyone has to pitch in to do whatever it takes to ensure we meet revenue goals and satisfy our loyal customers. Entel Systems' employees boast an incredible amount of talent and time in the telecommunications industry. Collectively, our team has 600 years of industry experience.

Our sales account executives average 17 years selling Toshiba equipment and technicians average 23 years servicing Toshiba equipment. For customers this experience translates to a team capable of providing a superior service experience.

Our employees are a diverse group of individuals, working together with a common goal to deliver unparalleled service to our customers. FEATURED CLIENT– Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey (RMANJ)

RMANJ specializes in various types of fertility treatments in New Jersey involving the most recent and effective procedures in assisted reproductive technology (ART). Our goal is to help our patients achieve a healthy pregnancy and delivery in the shortest time possible.

We are there every step of the way to provide care that is right for the patient. Once a decision is made to seek fertility treatment, a RMANJ physician will design a treatment plan tailored to the patient's specific situation.

Featured Employee of the Month

Cathy

Cathy Magner is our featured employee for this issue. She joined the company in the summer of 2007 as part of a major hiring program where four new employees were added in a five month period. And what an addition she has been!

She is the consummate "go-to' person and she works as a key assistant for the company's sales force. You name it – she gets it done. This is not unusual for a person with her background.

Cathy started her career in the then New Jersey Bell Telephone Company and stayed through to the Verizon era. She was a Representative Residence Services, Supervisor Residence Service Centers, and Assistant Manager – Customer Appeals Office.

This background and the Bell training she received perfectly equipped her for her position at Entel Systems as Senior Sales Assistant, a job she does so well whether dealing with sales reps, service issues or customers.

Cathy's interests in her personal life are as varied as her duties in Entel – she loves the Jersey shore, ocean cruises, reading, museums, visiting Manhattan and Washington D.C., animal rescue and her beloved cats. And if you want a good political debate – don't get into it with Cathy unless you are totally prepared.

As we caringly say, "Cathy knows everything" and that is why she is this month's Featured Employee and the accolade is absolutely deserved.
