“Providing Outstanding Service Since 1992”
Tech Manager Phil Penzo, Owners Don Giordano and Enzo Stampone
For everyone at Entel Systems, the past twelve months have included hard work, big changes and an unwavering determination to expand business, grow revenues and improve performance and service to our valued customers.
In late 2013, we purchased the telephone system account base from Office Business Systems, a New Jersey company. On August 18, 2014, we purchased the New York based MidAtlantic Telecom. Both transactions are part of our long range strategic plan.
On September 22, 2014, Entel Systems celebrated its 22nd anniversary. Reflecting on our past we are reminded when starting business in 1992, we understood to be successful we would need to focus on quality products and personnel; competitive pricing; unparalleled service and a corporate culture putting the customer first.
We knew customer service was critical in the telecommunications industry and customer loyalty would determine profitability. Over the years, value added solutions and exceptional service earned new customers and their loyalty. Today Entel Systems is a successful and growing technology solutions company.
We are proud of the company we are today and looking forward to what lies ahead. Our people and our partners are aligned around a set of common objectives aimed at delivering high quality products and service to our valued customers. They should expect no less– we should deliver no less. Our best days are ahead of us.

Quote to Remember - John Ruskin
“It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little money—that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything; because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot—it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is wise to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.”

Dr. Phil's Tech Corner
Today everyone has heard of hosted VoIP service. VoIP (or Internet telephone) is provided by many different providers. Standard telephone features such as voice mail, unified messaging, twinning, call management via PC, are all common applications. In a large office these features are necessary to manage and transport calls; however, for small offices these features may be unnecessary.
Many VoIP providers don't have the ability to customize their applications for a customer looking for a modern voice solution, but with a basic PBX arrangement - Toshiba's VIPedge hosted solution can. It provides the same cutting edge applications as other hosted solutions, it also can be programmed to show “line appearances” to duplicate a basic PBX environment. No other system can do this! It can also be administered by your on-site person with a simple GUI interface to make operational or feature changes, or by an Entel Toshiba trained technician.
