This message is to let you know that your Toshiba system has now joined the Mitel product line. Mitel is the world's 2nd largest telecommunications company offering exemplary products and services. You can expect the same high level of service and support from Entel and Mitel that you have experienced over the years.

Mitel has communicated to us directly that they will actively support the Toshiba dealer network, honoring all warranties and all levels of support. We will have all necessary parts and licenses available, which means business as usual for our clients. We continue to offer extended Maintenance Agreements to anyone interested. We have the expertise and resources to continue to support your system for years to come.

Entel anticipates that you will be notified by others implying that you must change your Toshiba system. This is a sales tactic by competitors which can be disregarded. However, if you would like to look at other options we are here for you. We sell and support cloud and premise based systems from NEC, Broadview, Mitel, Vocal IP, Panasonic and Lightpath.
